Nowadays, people love to delve into the depth of a story or book till the very last point. Mysteries and suspense have become a turning point in the world of books and comics. People now prefer to read books which are more about curiosity, suspense and interjections.

Secret Invasion is a comic book written by Brian Michael Bendis. Being published by the Marvel Comics publishing house, this series of comics came out in the year 2008.

But the reign of Brian Michael Bendis continues, one event after another. Before this one, he has written several other comics that are worth reading.

After a series of comics including, The Avengers Disassembled, House of M, Decimation, and Civil War comes Secret Invasion.

The story of Secret Invasion is full of suspense and mysteries. It covers the story of a long term invasion on the earth by some uncommon beings called the Skrulls.

The Skrulls were a community of alien shape shifters who tried to replace the heroes of the Marvel Universe over the years. They wanted to invade over the Earth and get into power by destroying the actual superheroes.

Based on the comics of the Secret Invasion, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has also launched an American Television Web Series depicting the same storyline with the same name. It has only one season which started in June 2023 and it was ended by July 2023.

What to read before secret invasion comics?

Since Secret Invasion is completely a new type of story for most of the readers, people are generally not able to understand the comic in one go.
