X Men: Age Of Apocalypse is a comic series published by the Marvel Comic Publishing House. The Age Of Apocalypse has a total of five volumes which were published during 1995-96.

The story starts with an unexpected accident that changes the actual timeline completely. Legion was a mutant who decided to travel back in time to kill Magento, who was reluctantly committing various crimes to destroy humanity.

But he accidentally killed Professor Charles Xavier, his father, due to which Apocalypse was able to attack the world 10 years sooner than the actual timeline.

The story features a mutant, En Sabah Nur, who ruled over ancient Egypt during 3600 BC until he was defeated and entombed alive by the X-Men.

In the story, X-Men are some good people who were considered to be the saviors of the other general people. They were known to fight with the mutants who aimed to destroy the world and conquer their control over it.

Amassed with the power of many other mutants, Apocalypse was the most powerful mutant of all from Marvel’s X-Men universe and was worshiped as a god.

When he woke up after 1000 years, he was disillusioned to find what the world looked like at that time.

He created a team with several other mutants to threaten the world and exercise his control over it. After this series of incidents, some other mutants woke up along with En Sabah Nur and decided to destroy the world.
