DC Comics is one of the most famous comic publishing houses in the USA. It is well known throughout the world for the fictional stories and novels that it produces. Most of the comics published by DC Comics revolve around supernatural creatures like aliens, zombies, superheroes, or Batman.
The DC Comics publishing house has a popular miniseries called DCeased, which was released in six parts from May 2019 to October 2019. Written by the popular writer Tom Taylor and his creative team, the storyline revolves around Zombies who infect the world with an unknown virus.
DCeased Storyline:
Darkseid was supposed to obtain the Anti-Life Equation, but he accidentally created the zombie virus due to a disturbance in the process.
In this storyline, Darkseid attacks Earth, but the Justice League defeats him and his army. However, they manage to get him to reveal that he came to Earth for another purpose: the Anti-Life Equation.
Meanwhile, on the planet Apokolips, DeSaad has kidnapped Cyborg. Here, it is revealed that Darkseid attacked Earth to obtain a part of the Anti-Life Equation, which was inside Cyborg.
Now that Darkseid already possesses one part of the Anti-Life Equation, he must extract the other part hidden inside Cyborg to complete it.
To achieve this, they must ensure that Cyborg does not die during the extraction process, so Darkseid and DeSaad attach the Black Racer, the god of death, to Cyborg.
However, a mistake occurs during the process, causing the Anti-Life Equation to become corrupted and transform into an Anti-Life virus.
Darkseid and Cyborg become infected by this virus, prompting Darkseid to send the infected Cyborg to Earth so that everyone can become victims.
As a result, along with a large population on Earth, many superheroes also fall victim to this virus.
The remaining superheroes fight against this zombie virus. Will they succeed in saving Earth from this Anti-Life virus? Will the infected superheroes be able to return to their former selves? Find out in this comic series.
